This self-driven tool takes its inspiration directly from Jim's first book, Culture That Rocks. The type of questions posed are the most critical thought-starters for you to personally gauge your company’s culture. Just by taking the time to complete the work throughout the assessment, should provide you with the right prompts to assess whether your company’s internal culture needs some work...perhaps even a complete overhaul.
